I talked to Lenovo and there diagnosis is that it is not a hardware issue. Since all my drivers are up-to-date, I am wondering if anybody may know a solution.

You may try uninstalling the driver and installing it again from the manufacturer’s website. Also follow these steps to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if that helps. Once this is done, restart the computer and check if the issue persists. I hope this helps you.
