Intermediate Alignment Results WinAlign keeps alignment results between sessions, which allows you to perform large alignment projects over a longer period of time. For this purpose, the program stores intermediate alignment results files in the same location as your project file each time you save the project. You can also choose to store these intermediate files elsewhere by clicking Project Files on the General tab and selecting Save Intermediate Files to Custom Location.
Once you specify a custom location, WinAlign uses this location to store читать полностью intermediate alignment result files.
